PRP vs. PRF for the face
PRP is the classic platelet concentrate; PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) is a second-generation preparation that forms a natural scaffold and releases growth factors more slowly — ideal for under-eye hollows and areas needing gentle, natural volume. Dr. Lioce uses both, choosing by area and goal.
